A Journey of Resilience and Hope
After the tragic loss of Kian Carmello Hamilton, a vibrant 16-year-old life lost too soon to violence, our family founded the Kian Carmello Hamilton Foundation in October 2024. Our mission began: to honor his memory, advocate for youth safety, and transform our grief into a force for good.
Our journey is one of resilience, unity, and the unwavering belief that together, we can prevent future tragedies and create a safer world for all children.
